This savoury marinade is great with oily fish (like tuna) and poultry.

A delicious marinade based on the well loved Teriyaki sauce.. great on oily rich fish (tuna etc) Chicken, meats. Marinade for at least 40 minutes before cooking and splash a little of the marinade over after cooking.
