A sauce for Chinese dishes either long slow cook or stir fry.Great for noodles.

A sauce from Chinese cuisine, to be used to marinade and also to create a sauce with the foods being cooked. For protein, marinade for 30 to 60 minutes. For vegetable, noodles or rice, add as it cooks. To thicken use cornflour in water.

Contains: soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, palm sugar, sesame oil, garlic and ginger.
