Mediterranean Tomato Stew Base (for Fish & Chicken) 500mL

A Mediterranean tomato sauce to cook a simple but delicious fish stew. Instructions on the label.

To make
Take 250 grams of the cooking sauce, add 1 cup water, white wine or fish or chicken stock.Bring to a boil. Add up to 1.25 kilo of fish or chickn diced. Add in order strong fish, white fish, calamari or octopus. prawns, scallops and lastly shellfish. Add diced chicken if using chicken. Cover and cook just long enough to cook seafood or longer for the chicken
