Beef Casserole Base 500mL

A great cooking sauce to produce a delicious meal quickly.

Contains Onion, sauces, spices, malt vinegar, sugar, garlic, salt, vegetable.
This product is NOT gluten free.
To make
Take 1.25 kilo of cheaper cut beef diced into 4 cm, dredge with flour. Fry in a pan you can lid and use in an oven, in batches return to pan.. Add 250 gr (half) of the sauce and 500 mil of water (enough to ‘just’ cover the meat), bring to a boil and place in the oven 150 celsius for 2 hours or until cooked, stir occasionally.Can also cook on very low 110 for 6 - 7 hours.
Works well with vegetables, pulses, grains and lentils.
Serve with Mashed Potato and Green Peas
