The famous Chinese Pork BBQ sauce that will produce a sweet and delicious meat ... remember to use it at least four hours ahead of cooking time.

A sauce for marinading pork or pork belly for grill, oven or BBQ. Simply rub in and allow to stand for at least 4 hours and up to 12 hours. Baste with the marinade as it is cooking. It will be sticky.

garlic and spices.
