Beef Spice Rub 60gm

I love a grilled well aged steak, so first find yourself a great steak make it thick and well aged. Mix a generous amount of the Beef blend with some lemon juice and oil, rub onto the steak, both sides and allow to stand for 40 minutes if possible. Preheat the oven to 220 c. Put a pan (I like a black metal pan) to heat and when the pan is very hot, drop the steak in, cook for 3 minutes each side. Place the steak in the pan, in the oven for 4 - 6 minutes, depending on how you like your steak done. Mine must be rare.
