Butter Chicken Curry Paste 180gm

Contains Tomato, garlic, ginger, chilli, onions, spices, sugar, peanut oil.
500 grams of chicken in bite sized pieces, ( I like boneless and skin on)
Fry the chicken in batches in 1 tablespoon peanut oil until 90% cooked browned.Set asside.

Recipe - 350 gm of chicken in bite sized pieces
(I like boneless and skin on) Fry chicken in
batches in 2 tablespoons of oil until 90% cooked set aside. Do not clean the pan. Put pan back on heat & add half a jar of the paste, scrape all the browned bits into the paste, add 2/3 cup of cream (or 1/3 cup of cream and 1/3 cup yoghurt) into the paste & cook, don't boil hard or it will split. Return chicken to pan and stir through. Add juice of half a lemon or lime. Serve with rice or with an Indian flat bread. You can just make the sauce & use a BBQ chicken.
