Quince & Ginger Glaze 180gm

This is designed to be used to glaze your Xmas hams, but is great to on Chickens or even on a turkey.

A classic condiment to glaze hams and even poultry. For hams - Remove the skin and score the fat in a diamond pattern. Stud with cloves if desired and paint one cup of the glaze over the ham. Bake at 150 c for 20 - 30 minutes to set the glaze. A suggestion, line the baking tin with foil for easy clean.

Contains- Quinces, Sugar, Water, Ginger, Chinese Five Spice, Mustard Powder.
